‘Journey Into Self ‘- Mentoring for teenagers

We are living in uncertain times. Our young people are consciously and subconsciously internalising a spectrum of conflicting messages from a society in the midst of deep change. So how do we support them to navigate this uncharted territory?

‘Journey into Self’ is a creative response to the new challenges placed on our children since Covid-19. With a shift in global narratives and values, of a proportional scale, is it not even more vital that teenagers are held supportively in journeying through such questions as : Who am I ? What is my belonging in the world? What do I have to contribute that is uniquely mine?

These sessions offer developmental experiences based on individual and group tasks. The woods are our home – the wisdom of nature our Mentor. Bushcraft, Myth, games and music help us in our search of capacities and deeper knowing we didn’t know we had. A taste of self-discovery, deeper connection and laughter on a personal process towards awareness.

This initiative is currently available for younger teens and ‘nearly teens’. See Children’s sessions
