Entering the creative process
Our ability to craft the lives and the communities we want requires us to enter the creative process- to personally embody ‘making’.
Whether we are sewing a toy for a child, weaving a basket or shaping a lump of clay, we connect with the creative life forces of nature and with ourselves. Being makers rather than consumers helps us to restore a sense of confidence and personal sovereignty in life. By choosing local, organic and recycled materials we begin to make a positive impact on the planet.
Working with craft offers many valuable metaphors for the ways of life itself and how we respond to that flow - we are able to see some of our unconscious patterns at work and can do our development and growth here, should we choose to. See dates
